Why should I donate?
Your donations are crucial to helping us achieve our mission of providing education, prevention, and patient support for Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses.
Treating Lyme disease is expensive. It costs the U.S. health care system up to $1.3 billion per year. That’s nearly $3,000 per patient. For those who continue to suffer from Lyme disease symptoms after finishing antibiotics, those costs will continue to rise. The Front Lyme depends on generous donations from the community to financially support those who are unable to afford the medications and resources to treat their illness.
How The Front Lyme Uses Your Donation
100% of your donation will go to funding The Front Lyme’s initiatives:
- 1/ Providing financial support to those suffering from Lyme disease tick-borne illnesses who are unable to afford their medication.
- 2/ Fund research in hopes of finding a cure for chronic Lyme disease patients.
- 3/ Educating the public, the medical community, and the misdiagnosed Lyme disease sufferers about tick-borne illnesses.
Thanks to your support and donations, The Front Lyme is able to make a difference in the lives of people suffering from Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses.
